Shipping Rates & Timing
We currently ship within the continental United States.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12pm EST may begin processing the next business day.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection may vary based on location and delivery speed.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

Damaged items: Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage.

Missing or late shipments: Reach out and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it. The order will have to have a status marked as "Missing" in order to be considered missing.
